Blocked from uploading pics

Got blocked from uploading pics, tried to upload two, got told they werent acceptable, one was a face pic with my chinchilla in it, cool understand why, another was a screenshot of a pic of me, cool found the original, uploaded that, then uploaded a verification pic got accepted, now like a week later i randomly get banned from uploading pics? How does that make sense
