Might have to do it 3 more times them lol
Thanks x"
You personally cant turn it off and on, you have to contact the network. Failing that use a vpn |

I've had the same issue with Vodafone since upgrading my phone and plan.
You CAN turn the setting on and off via your account once you've verified via your debit card but it still didn't work even after waiting the 24 hours..used Vodafone webchat a few times to get them to sort it and they did a few things and said wait up to 24 hours and still nothing.
4th time of trying to sort it and the webchat person did a few things and then told me to turn it onto flight mode for 15 seconds then off and it should work...
It worked for a couple of days but then happened again yesterday..just says can't be displayed and disconnected etc.
Used webchat again and went through to the technical team and they've sorted it..hopefully it stays fine this time..if not then try a different Internet browser instead of the Vodafone one |

I’m on Vodafone too. The restricted content blocker turns itself on randomly. I usually turn my phone off then switch back on and it magically turns off again. It’s quite annoying when it happens |

I had the same problem on Vodafone too. Same phone and number, but a new contract. All adult sites were blocked and attempting to use either the MyVodafone app or the website to remove the block made no difference.
Eventually I had to use the webchat and they managed to turn it off after a few minutes, but it does seem like a problem that Vodafone have |
