Or use a vpn. I use torrent sites which are blocked by isps so my laptop is a ghost.

And my mobile provider removed the adult blocker so I no longer vpn my mobile

Have a look online which vpn you want, pay if applicable, then you'll be able to download the software.

Alternatively contact your internet service provider and ask them to lift the adult block, if you can't access your settings online with your isp (internet service provider)
