Have just noticed over the last couple of days that when we try and watch videos they appear but when you press play nothing happens, do you need to be a gold member now to watch?

Have any of you tried clearing cache, restarting device then if no luck a different browser?

Same problem, clearing history and cache, restarting does not seem to fix it. I too am gold supporter and am using iPad. Any ideas gratefully received!

Swapping to Chrome browser seems to work. Problem seems to be with Safari and also with Puffin. Hopefully they will fix their own bugs!

Yes many so try chrome.
