New user suspended

Hi my friend opened an account yesterday, I veri'd her almost immediately. She tried to veri me back but got suspended... now not happy!

Any ideas?

Did she use your wifi or internet? As if the same IP address it will be removed x

Nope, we are at different ends of the country...

We were on an internet call while she set up her account I dont know if that would affect?

Is there a particular page the account is suspended at, such as photo verification requirement?
