Can’t send messages

I introduced a friend to this site and she has since been photo verified and verified on cam.

She can’t send messages or upgrade her account. Can someone please help as to why?

I have asked her about promoting sites or stuff like that and she hasn’t done anything like that.

Just searched it on my profile and no it’s not found. But she just logged on and profile is there with hundreds of messages. Can read them but when sends a reply it doesn’t appear in sent folder apparently.

As already has been said. It sounds like the account has been suspended.

If she has contacted admin and they haven't replied or recitified it, Then she should assume it won't change.
