When I chat rooms, there seem to be peoples cams I cannot see but other people can, is there any reason as I know the person hasn't blocked me or anything?
Was the room full when you entered, so you was you in 'view only' mode where you can't actually type any chat?
Because users can choose not to show their cam to view only users, as it won't show up in who's watching.
