I think it's about time something needs to be said and done . With lockdown alot of fake profiles and idiots have signed up . Men who are women . Men who are couples . And jealous girlfriends pretending to be there partners ..... can fab please think of there loyal members and put the site on verification members and paying members only ...I know theres filters and ways to correct this but I have even been contacted by verified fake accounts so mods need to open there eyes abit more... we shouldnt have to alter our accounts to accomodate profiles . We should feel safe in this site and I dont . Weve been on this site and dogging sister site for over 13 years . Dogging needs a revamp(same layout as fab) if that's possible

You will always get those pretending to be something they are not no matter what the cost of membership I think and remember verification pictures, if you have the right knowledge and programmes can be easily faked too.

As for the mods etc. Given the task they have, and the volume of that task, remembering too they are all volunteers, I think they do a good job albeit as with everything the odd mistake will be made.

At the end of the day it's down to your own common sense as to what members you interact with in my opinion

I would start by upping your filters OP. If you need to take a break and it sounds like you do, hide your profile for a while.

Sally as we had been contacted by a verified account which had same pictures as a guy we talk to so messaged him and it turns out it was hes ex .. account had been reported and removed

And it was also aimed that new ppl who could potentially be fake can access your profiles and steal your pics etc . I just think more could be done to protect there loyal members and not let any Tom dick and harry sign up

If you are worried that your pics will be stolen, keep them as private or friends only. Plenty is done to protect members here, the site provides all the relevant tools, if people choose not to use them, then they shouldn't complain and expect the site to change things for them. Also, a good dollop of common sense is often needed as well.

You were that new person once.

The best thing to do is set your filters so you don't get mails from any newbies/ non verified profiles. You can also only show public pics that you are happy with letting people see then put the rest to private or for friends only
