If you are blocked then you have sent something that's not allowed, either a website or a banned word.

Or if you have ran out of mail as a site supporter.....then oh!

My wife’s account is the same!!!! She has messaged the admin lots of times but no response it seems too easy for them to take our money for site support then lock the account without any explanation!!!!!! NOT FAIR AND NOT RIGHT!!

You ALWAYS get the "you are blocked for "insert reason" for sending messages for x amount of time" message so not really sure what the issue is?

You're not allowed to mention other websites. It's a measure they take to stop spammers. It does say this in the FAQs.

Being a site supporter does not change the rules.

If you get a message ban you get a notification telling you how long and after the time has elapsed you can continue messaging.
