Couples profile

Can anyone help please?

Me and my FB have separate profiles, I have set up a couples profile using my same email address. I can’t log back into the couples profile says it doesn’t exist, I tried password reset and it just sent me my single profile to change the password.

Any suggestions?

That's impossible you need a different email address for each profile.

When you tried, you would get the
"There is already an account with that email address."
message.

That’s what I thought would happen but it didn’t and when you search for the profile I made it’s there

I can only presume that you misspelled the email address you used to create the new account. You'll have to contact Admin to resolve it. Contact link below or at the bottom of the home page.

Maybe you miss typed your email address. To be honest you can literally sign up by making up an email address on the spot.
