Hiyer i have this message come up when i try to reply to a message.

Sorry you can't send messages just now. Try again in a couple of hours the block will have cleared!

Can't understand why

unless i have gone over limit, but then it says something different there.

Any help would be much appreciated

I could be wrong but sounds like you have been put on the naughty time out step for something that has been sent in a message that's a no no

It will be a word/ phrase or sentence that has put an auto block on the mails, as the pop up says, it will clear in a couple of hours

Admin have never said which words/ phrases or sentences it is that block mails and there is not list to view

It went off after 20 minutes and i was able to send a message

Which was Hi

And it's back again

So it can't be the word hi

I have never had the problem before. Apart from last week

Have contacted admin anyway
