Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell us if when you send a photo in for verification if it’s rejected do they let you know? We sent one in hours ago and haven’t heard anything nor do we have the flag to say we’re photo verified.

If it was only a matter of hours I would leave it as admin will be very busy at the moment no doubt and it could take a while longer than usual to get checked..

I believe if it is rejected it stays in your gallery, have you checked your photo gallery?

The criteria for photo verification is strict

Thanks we checked our gallery and it’s there as rejected think it’s because you can’t see both of our hands clearly will try again tomorrow and thanks

Yes. There will be a note against the picture stating 'Picture rejected'
