I have have tried multiple browsers and cannot get the sound working on my phone in the chat rooms, any helpful tips?

No sound on mobile chat only on desktop.

We have tried to get sound on both our phones, home computer, iPad and tablet but cant get it on any of these devices. We are silver site supporters. Anyone any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Sound will only work on your pc. Can i suggest a trying a different browser and also different cams as quite a lot of people switch their mics off.
