We recently changed our email address on the site having lost access to our old one. Though the new one shows up when we check via our profile page, it is shown as being "(unverified)". No verification message has been sent to the new address at all (we have checked the 'spam' folder too)and no other Fab messages of any kind received either. We have contacted Admin directly about this but have received no response. Any ideas? |

It may take some time for Admin to get through any backlog of reports etc. The site is extra busy, due to the lockdowns.
I think you've done it right but I've never tried to update it. It may be worth doing it again in a day or so, if that's feasible. |
