The reason that Catalonia is seeking independence from Spain is because they're earning all the money. That and a strong sense of identity (they do have their own language after all).
The practical implications have been civil unrest, protest and road blocks which causes nothing more than a minor inconvenience to daily life. The only way to truly break their bonds with their host countries would be civil war.... In my opinion.
Anyway they wouldn't have me as a Catalan, too tall! |

We have a holiday home in Dept 23, will become our main residence within the next couple of years (politics aside)We visit frequently. Can't imagine any clubs around the area unless anyone can tell us differently? Thanks x |
