Cap tips for bars/clubs/restaurants

Hi we will be in Cap this coming weekend Fri to Mon. Any tips on what bars/clubs/restaurants? We are a late 30’s attractive couple who would be looking for good social interaction with the possibility of going further with similar age to ourselves.
A few questions are:-
1. Do we need to book restaurants as it’s going to be busy as it’s mid July.
2. What are the best bars to head to in the evening?
3. What clubs are best to head for at the weekend?
4. Ideally we want to do a nice pool one day. Which was is best and is it a case of getting there early in order to get a sunbed?

1. For some of the more popular restaurants (Mississippi for example) a reservation is a good idea, but you will always find somewhere to eat.
2. It would depend on what you like. For people watching Le Pilouterie or Palm Re. For drinking and chatting 02'Bizoux. For DJ dancing, sometimes a live band and a late skinny dip in the pool then the Bodega bar. For erotic dancing and squashed in like a sardine then the Melrose after 11pm. There are lots of others but those should keep you going until you find your feet.
3. Again it depends on what you like. For a pure sex club then it will be Le Tantra, mostly mixed but does have a couples only area. For couples only Le Jules. For more erotic disco style with more posers than swingers Le Glamour. For late night gang bang then try Jeux de Mains (although it was quiet in there last week)
4. If you are buying drinks in the Bodega bar then the pool is free to use. You can sit at a table around the pool but sunbeds are extra. If you want pool with the chance of going downstairs for sex then Kamasutra is good 25€ per couple per day for the pool and the same for the sauna. Package for the 2 is 40€ with 2 drinks or 50€ with a bottle of wine. There is also the pool at Waiki but in all the years we have never used it. |

The Kamasutra with a bottle of fizz is best value in Cap - gorgeous pool, chilled music, plenty of sun beds and the fun downstairs !! |

Eden have a pool party on Sunday starting at 18:00 through to about 20:00 or a bit later. It’s free and a bit less manic than the parties at Babylone.
The pool at Waiki beach is very nice and you can hire sun beds or take a leisurely lunch. They have also started a Saturday night DJ set which is very good. They had some excellent circus performers when we were there 2 weeks ago. |

We came back last week from our first visit
Can recommend Mississippi to eat and our favourite club was Tanta |

However as a single guy I was refused entry today and told to come back at 3 pm when they allowed single guys in. I found this odd as the entrance was 80 Euros. I decided not to go back and went to the one in Port Ambonne instead saving myself 25 Euros .
In previous years the staff at the door were always very helpfull and the lady remembered me from previous years .
This year the staff at the gate were two very young males. I found their attitude rather condescending . |

We found the 2 young guys very helpful, we even managed to blag ourselves a couple of the Kamasutra sarongs from them. 
More disturbing is the "no single guys before 3pm" thing.
We didn't notice it and are sure there were some single guys in before then but, compared to previous years, we did notice that the number of single guys was well down.
As I posted on another thread. We think the prices at Cap are starting to put a lot guys off going. In all the years we have met lots of guys from all over Europe and the rest of the world. This year we only met 3 non-French single guys in the whole 2 weeks. |

Hi. I do not think that there is a no single guys policy before 3 pm because he initially asked which entry fee price I wanted , then me had I been before and when , and also asked me did I know how to behave myself with couples . I am sure I saw a single guy go in , but maybe that was for a locker .
In any event I felt that their attitude was rather patronising and went to Histoires of O. There were a lot of gang bangs in there yesterday. |

Hi. There were plenty of single guys in the Sauna yesterday. It was true gang bang territory. Great for couples but not so good for so single men.
It is ironic that is what is great for a couple is not so good for singles . On Sunday there was even a lady being gang banged in the locker area. |

Mrs hasn't tried the locker room yet, but she did get a couple of guys going in the new smokers cabin. Took them to a playroom before she fucked them though
The Hd'O sauna has been our best venue for the last few years. Even when other places are a bit thin it always produces the goods. |
