It is difficult to find somewhere that competes with Cap D'Agde however there are both nudist and libertin campsites dotted around France.
One not far from where I live in Ardeche near the Gorge D'Ardeche called Le Ran due Charbrier.
Beautiful location but inaccessible for a large camper van or caravan.
Quite busy but not Cap D'Agde.
If you search using the words Camping, Libertin and the area you are looking to visit, you should find more.

Many years ago we stayed at a naturist campsite called Arnaoutchot (most just call it Arna)
It's on the Atlantic west coast above Bayonne.
More for naked relaxing than swinging and nothing like Cap d'Agde although there was a little bit going on when we were there.
Downside was that the mozzies were evil.

There is a swingers site near Cap - couples only called Terre de Soliel part of L'extasia club. |

There is one site we know 'Camping Libertin La Roserie, 03700 BRUGHEAS.
There is a website you can check out
The original owners are retiring but the camp site will apparently continue under new ownership!
