Cap d’Agde, France

Now that the Cap has entered its winter slumber it would be lovely to connect with any other Fab folk living in the Cap region.

Perhaps social meets, get togethers, meet and greet, soirees etc,

Living here we all want to integrate with all the lovely locals but occasionally it’s also nice to just connect in English.

I'm planning to visit the village only for a weekend in November, probably the last one. Can we catch up then?

At this stage just looking at making a forum for or list of resident lifestylers.

Sounds a great idea, why didn't we think of it before...!

Often think that Joy's restaurant in the Cap is a good meeting place.

They are open through the winter, the food and wine is good and reasonably priced.

They have dinner dances, a disco or even a band which is always fun, especially the slow dances! and if you feel a little frisky they even have a cuddle corner in the back

Hi, that’s a great idea. We have lived here a long time now and still don’t know that many English that are here all the time. Please let us know if you decide to arrange anything. Joy’s gets our vote.

So, any ideas folks...?

If we're going to do it, best to try in the next week or two before Christmas kicks in...

Looking forward to meeting some new people..

Would prefer something in a bar or local restaurant, if we're honest...

Doesn't have to be in the village though...

Most events at Joys are listed on one of the social media websites.. December events are currently on display .

Great food and a lovely view from this restaurant
