Just wondering what the net % return is on property lettings in the naturist village?

I know it varies depending on the month - high/low season

Lots of factors you have to take into account and a lot of regulations too - but having said that only about 15% of all apartments in Cap are 100% legal rental wise - but they are cracking down on it. Google Loi Alur.
