We live permanently in the Cap and use the facilities throughout the year but for our ‘vacances de libertine’ we go to Maspalamos, Gran Canaria, every winter.
It’s different to the Cap ( which is why we like it), it has a much much larger Dune/play area and massive beach (although not ideal for swimming)
In the town (Playa Del Ingles) there are 5 swing clubs, all friendly and 3 ‘swing bars’ and throughout the town there are a number of swing friendly hotels and 3 purpose built swing resorts which allow daily entry.
In addition to all this the town is also a huge Gay destination (much larger than the Cap) so if you bat in both camps you will be in heaven. |

Having enjoyed the pleasures of both Cap D and PDI many times, this is a very accurate description.
A list of the swinger friendly hotels would be useful.

An interesting question . I could not take as much holiday in the summer as I wanted to have spare weeks to use now.
I was wondering the same . Are there any Sauna clubs there that are as good as the ones in Cap? |

For the single straight guy I wouldn't think that GC has any advantages over the Cap.
There are 5 clubs, none of which are sauna, other than Eternity all the clubs are free entry for couples which consequently means that prices are high for singles.
There are two clubs that appear to have more single guys, Secrets and 2X2, but the 3 swing resorts are couple only
In the dunes you do see a lot of single guys hanging around but not sure if they get any action

Again a very accurate description imo. If you are swinging as a couple or are a gay or bi man then you will have plenty of fun in PDI. Otherwise cap wins hands down, with the added benefit of being able to freely go naked around d the entire village

We would mostly agree with that. However GC does have some advantages.
We are regulars at Cap (next year will be our tenth) and have also been to GC as a swinger couple. As a swinger resort there is absolutely no comparison between the two. Cap is unique in the world and GC doesn't even get close.
Where GC wins hands down though is the length and time of the season.
At Cap the season is, at best, 3 and a half months in the summer, and even the edges of that can be a bit thin. Full on it's barely 2 and a half.
At GC the season is in the winter months, when Cap is pretty much closed, and runs from September right through until May. There is even a bit going on in the summer months as well.
Add to that winter sun and the cost of accommodation (and almost everything else) being much cheaper than Cap, then GC has its place in the swinger world.
