Hi All
We are first time visitors to Cap in mid July. We were wondering if anyone has any tips on pools available we are staying in the Helioopolis and like the beach to a point but also wanted to spend a few afternoons around a pool. Also, places to eat drink and party adult style and what sort of price we can expect to pay for things, not that it matters, it is what it is but it’s just nice to know what the norm is so we know what the adverage is so we don’t get ripped off etc.
Thanks xxxx |

There are a couple of pools you can go in, many restaurants from pizza's & burgers - to really good restaurants.
Many bars one our favorite's is 1664. Different clubs offering alternative entertainments & play room's.
If it's still going there is a foam party most days, well worth going to.
Pool parties at Gardens de Babylon. Not sure of costs now as not been for a few years, in July prices tend to go up a bit.

In Port Ambonne there is a pool you can rent a sun bed for a day or afternoon no play though. Wakki also has the same offerings - no idea about play though. Port Soleil has a lovely pool - befriend someone and you get in free! No play though. |

The pool in port ambonne is free to use now if you are eating or drinking in any of the bars as they are run by the same people. We have had a few afternoons swimming and sunbathing. We have met a few couples there too as you do ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

Yes if you are using the bars around the pool in Port Ambonne you can use the pool for free, however sunbeds have to be paid for. There is also Waiki beach but we've never bothered with it so don't know the rules.
If you want pool + play then Kamasutra Spa is the best bet, 40€ per couple including a couple of free drinks. You can lounge around and swim in the pool then wander downstairs if you want some fun.
Foam parties are good but the pool is a bubble pool and not at all fit for swimming, fun though.
Babylon pool parties can be fun but bagging a sunbed is almost impossible. |
