Take antihistamines if you haven't got any you can buy them in the pharmacy, try not to scratch them, makes the itch worse use insect repellent, try not to wear black they are attracted to it. |

They’ve been bad all year and particularly so the last few days.
Nothing is really totally effective against them so you can only limit their impact.
We take vitamin B tablets daily, have used
Mozzie wipes, sprays such as ‘cinqXcinq or Avons dry oil. Citronella candles, plug in deterents, electronic devices, stale beer and Epsom salts recipes etc etc all to limited effect.
Getting a fan can be good but no good if your in a tent otherwise coating yourself in anti mozzie spray or cream is probably the next best thing. |

You can buy a spray especially for "terraces" from the diy shops. It provides protection around the outside of the home - just another product to go on the list. I need to buy shares in there companies lol. |
