There seems to be problems in Cap with Orange? We lost internet over the weekend in one apartment and today lost it in another one. It says check connections - the fault is outside the apartments but engineer still needs access to the apartment. Watch for a red light on your "I" button. |

We had them here for weeks ,same red light,
they installed new livebox .new connectors and new external phone libe 250 meters .
In the end it turned out to be some type of fuse box (the size of a matchbox) hidden in the grenier..
Trouble free since. |

Yes a tweak in the box outside seems to do the trick. It's back on now. |
