Hello. I have booked on line using one of the airport transfer companies. It worked perfectly for me and you know the charges in advance .
When I arrived at the airport the driver was waiting for me. As the company do transfers all over the world you change choose which language you wish to use .
There are also usually a few taxis on the rank but it is difficult to tell if they are waiting for customers or free for passengers .
When I got stranded at the airport once ( The bus failed to arrive ) the lady from the airport was very helpful. Another gentleman from the UK was in the same boat and we simply shared a taxi.
