Last 2 weeks in June, great for over 50's but first 2 weeks inJuly great for the younger crowd, after the 15th it gets totally manic for a month so you've picked the perfect time for your introduction.

Lots of good advice on the French forum as regards clubs etc.

Heliopolis is not full on compared to staying in Port Nature appartments mainly because the corridors leading to appartments are not open to general public.

They vary in size depending on what floor they are on, the ground and first floor are the biggest with good sized terraces, they get incrementaly smaller as they go up.

Generally during the evening people are dressed so take lots of outfits, especially for the lady.

Lots of great bars, we prefer la Casa which is next door to Melrose which is not as crowded, reasonable prices and great for dancing and people having a good time.

Restaurants range in price according to peoples income, we've paid 90 euros pp for a meal in Waiki bar and 20 euros for a meal in Joys, both with wine, but both were great.

Could give lots of tips but there is loads of good info if you trawl this forum.

You might find it helpful though to brush up a bit on your French.

Unlike other resorts/clubs in other countries not everybody will speak English especially since 80-90% of visitors here are French.

As they say about Cap, you'll either love it and come again and again or you'll hate it and never come again!

Thanks guys that’s really useful info! I’m fairly conversant in French as I used to work in France for two years, he however is a novice lol!

Have you got your flights booked ? That would be our major concern now as you have already booked accomodation.

Based on your ages, you'll probably want to visit Glamour club, the foam parties, Babylon pool parties, and Tantra swingersclub. Plus the sauna club, but leave that to any dull weather days. In good weather days, go to the swingers beach.

Melrose is a must, but also give some of the smaller pubs a try. We go into Bodiega with a big group of friends, esp. when they have a live band playing.

We've been going 14 years now and still get surprised by a new pub or restaurant opening each year and stuff changing around.

And of course there is Johnny Wokkers, which is said to have new owners this year !

One thing for sure, there is nowhere else like Cap !!

Thanks, it’s nice to know where to mix with others of our age! The flights are irrelevant for us, we’re including our visit to Cap d’Agde as part of a road trip around France!

we went for our first time in 2014 and gone 3 times a year since.

It's only a village and you could walk around it all in a evening.

So its best to explore yourselves .Try everything theres a lot on offer.
