"Anyone planning to be there over the next couple of weeks?"
Apparently you can do a "day visit" - have yet to try but if there is something tempting. ... |

We're staying there for the whole summer.
You can go for a day visit, if we remember correctly last year it was €35 per couple which includes lunch and sun beds by the pool. Might be more this year.
This summer we understand a hot tub is being installed just outside the bar.
See you there....!!

Hi All,
We're staying in Pezenas for 3 days 15th June....looking to have a day visit to the Cap.
is there anywhere else or any advice about the area would be great thanks
P.S. we're on motorbikes so somewhere with bike parking would be ideal |

A quick update, we've been here for a few weeks now and it's warming up nicely.
The new hot tub is in place and it's a great way to meet new people.....
We'd love to meet couples who are staying down this way, Cap is only a short drive away.
If you've read my profile, you'll know that I also love to hook up with single guys as well, but please read my profile carefully before sending hopeful messages....!! It's couples only here, so you'd have to have your own accommodation.
Have Fun....

It's still €35 for a couple for a one course lunch with wine and entry to the pool and facilities including the woods. They have an outdoor Jacuzzi now. Lunch is good; site security is non-existent which might not be good. Clientele this week was almost 100% French, at least around the pool and over lunch, and people obviously have little groups. Might be boring after a while but we didn't see much in the woods action either. One thing that's positive other than the great lunch and good price is that it's quite sheltered on windy days, so if you were at Cap and fed up with sand blasting on the beach and had the car; it's a good day out. Dinner and bar prices are high. The receptionist and her partner speak good English.
One point is that both here and Cap camping are not so busy so far this year; I leave you to consider why.
Hope this is useful. |

Yes, still €35 for lunch as you say. But if you don't fancy eating, it's €20 for sun beds by the pool. And you get the Petit Bois for afternoon fun....
Site is open to the public during the day, but there's a security gate after 20h00.
The Palsia restaurant next door is open every night from next week, dinner can include an evening at L'Extasia club, just a short walk away. We haven't sampled the food there this year but it's normally quite good value, especially with club entry included.
You're right about it being predominantly French visitors, but there are quite a few Belgians, Swiss, Dutch and Germans here now. Oh, and one other English couple apart from us.
Last year, visitors were down across the board for lots of reasons.
Let's hope things pick up this year...
