The penalty is up to 25,000€ fine.Also the digital law is also coming into force where there is a requirement to provide full information of the property, tourist tax registration etc." Hopefully new regulations such as these will make it a level playing field and make life more difficult for those who fail to comply . With electricity the danger is never immediately apparent when there are faults. I always thought that in the UK landlords should be required to provide some form of tax payer reference in order to make it easier to check that all income is correctly declared. | |||
