Apartment sizes very considerably in Cap. The small ones are 14sm and the largest 60sm - but they are rare! A decent size will be 30sm which will give you a separate bedroom. Just ask the agency for the square metreage - that's how it's "sold" here. |

In addition to asking about size I would also like to see pictures of the apartment conerned and confirmation that they are recent . Some apartments use the size more more effectively than others . For example an apartment may be 30 sq metres but unmodernised and contain children's beds and a stud wall. Now that Cap is a swingers resort these beds are unnecessary and restrict the usable space .
