There has been plenty of discussion about TDS in other posts. I've not been to RO but reading about it turns me off:
RO has no pool, has kids, has no on site swinging area. It is nearer all the Cap D action which is, of course, an advantage. |

Yes but RO does have the advantage of hundreds of pitches, a fair number of the occupants somehow make it over to Sin City in the evenings.
Agree about the kids but families must be a good earner unfortunately.
There's just something about the place that has made us go back every year for the past 12 ! |

Rene oltra and cap d'agde village is a naturist site.
we love the fact it is and the swinging part can co exist .
with so many walking around clothed and ignoring the signs saying being naked is mandatory for adults its becoming just another campsite .
why do men walk around in skirts? it makes us laugh its so ridiculous!
The naturist resort attracted swingers not the other way around. |

I can deffo see advantages to RO, not least because I love the night life at the Cap. But somehow I just prefer the adults only vibe of TDS - plus the facility to stroll into the woods when you start getting too horny! |
