Planning my first visit this weekend. Any tips? also can anyone give me a hint at the weather at the moment??
Bit nervous...but also excited.

well weather is mixed - today sunny blue sky. The resort is just waking up so not everything open - although Easter was busy. Bring something warm for the evening it can get a bit chilly  |

Hiyer a lot of couples and single females are looking for single men so just pick a busy time of year and and I am sure you will have fun!!! |

. Hi . Good for single guys as well but remember that entrance to most of the clubs will be from 50 Euros upwards ..The fun comes at a price .

. Hi . The weather will be unpredictable at this time of the year . However Histoires of O in Port Ambonne Commercial Centre is open daily from 2 pm to 1 am .
From food Joys restaurant is good and nicely presented .
The supermarket in Port Ambonne is closed buy luckily the one in Helios is open . |

For the beach , in order to reach the swingers section , you will need to walk to the end of the camp site and then turn left . Once you have reached the first aid post / police look out point the swingers section begins .
If it is too cold the Sauna has four play rooms , a glory hole , a cage , a hammock, two public play areas , a stream room , a pool and a Sauna .
I am not sure if you are going as a single or couple . Entry for a single female is 10 Euros and 25 for a couple .
Some of the clubs are open at nights . I am not certain if they were open for Easter only or are open all the time |

As said before the first tip is bring a woman.
However there is some fun for single guys but (also as said before) at a price.
The clubs "Le Tantra" and "Jeux de Mains" are both single friendly, 50-60€ entrance and drinks at 10€ a pop. Although there are sometimes deals in the low/mid season.
The sauna clubs also allow single guys. The two adjacent ones in Port Ambonne are linked by an internal door. One side is couples only and the other mixed. Couples can move freely between the two but single guys have to stay in their own side. We've had lots of fun in there, on both sides
If you are friendly and chatty you could do a lot worse than park yourself in "Jonny Wokkers" bar. It's pretty much THE meeting place for English speaking swingers there and while many are not looking for single guys, many others are.
We've heard that the sex cinema can sometimes be fun, but we've never tried it.
Pool and foam parties are off limits to single guys so if you want to go to either see the first tip.
Then there is the beach. |

your coming over a weekend so it will be better (this time of year). Weather is English today - grey. Sure you will still have a good time though. Lots of clubs are open - but not all of them yet. |

Lots happening around the village at the moment.
Glamour is a building site and new terraces appearing beach side. Heliopolis getting a lick of paint.
Campsite building up for the season with workmen crawling over everything.
Sun peeps out occasionally but a bit chilly and rain forecast this week.
It's coming......!

. I waa looking at all the scaffolding around Heliopolis at the weekend and was wondering why they could not use cherry pickers unless there was a problem with access or height . Unless a substantial sinking fund has been built up , some owners will have high service charges to look forward to.

The single guys we had fun with last year were all met in Jonny Wokkers, just be friendly, approachable and chatty.
Try not to be too clingy.

We go annually last week August first two in September, one decent win and we know where our new second home would be.. Envious of those that spend lots of time in this place! Your only regret will be not visiting it 5 years ago and ours is not buying 12 years ago!
1664 one of the best places to people watch from. And our favourite bakery is the one opposite the launderette, nothing like fresh baguettes and croissants. |

Hiya. Weather was very wet, enjoyed some good company, some nice food and went to the saunas. I was very impressed and hope to be able to get back when its warmer.
