Start looking on 2nd January 2016. At the moment the office staff are sorting out the contracts and money for permanent residents, but after their Christmas break, they will be leaping into action! |

No, not a swingers campsite. Families are often staying there.
Of course, what goes on in private and out of sight is down to you.
If you want a swingers campsite, try Terre de Soleil at Pinet.
It's not far from Cap d'Agde and anything goes. A couples only site, no single males allowed.

La Poste just delivered the 2016 brochure with prices from the renamed Centre Naturiste Rene Oltra, or the campsite as otherwise known.
For the normal pitch for 2 people aged over 18, prices as follows.
15/3-24/04 and 12/09-14/10 €21.50 per night
25/04-30/06 and 29/08-11/09 €29.00 per night
01/07-22/07 and 20/08-28/08 €40.00 per night
23/07-19/08 € 44.80 per night
Add on the booking fee of €17 to your budget.
I also have the prices for chalets and mobile homes, but would make rather a lengthy post. Prices do not seem to have made it to the website as yet! |

Also need to add in your tourist tax -Taxe de Sejour at €0.61 per day each, and if you do not have a national naturist membership card, then also add on another €16.00 each for FFN Membership card. |

Thanks for the info panicka
They certainly know how to charge!.looks like 1-2€ per night increase on last year. Still fun comes at a price!! Lol
We expect to be there a few times over the summer and also at terre de solee (extasia) which is also a fun place about 20 mins from Cap dAgde.

We'll be spending a month or two there as usual. June, July and August will be spent at Terre de Soleil. Great crowd there and a fantastic pool. And the woods of course.....!
We like the beach scene at Cap and the ability to go out for an evening without having to worry about the drink/driving situation. |

is the campsite still a true naturist site?
this is from wikipedia : In 2009, René Oltra, the company which bears the name of the original promoter of the resort, required visitors to its campsite and villas and flats which it lets to belong to a naturist organisation. However, because of abuses the Cap d'Agde is no longer agreed or supported by the Fédération Française de Naturisme. |

"This year I was asked if we had FNN membership when checking in, said no, no further mention was made, or charge.
Could have been random forgetfulness."
Think the phrase, in modern business parlance,,is administrative oversight. Well done though! |

It's usually a little time yet. Early in June there shouldn't be heavy pressure on the site so provided that you are not trying to get a specific pitch, there's plenty of time...don't panic |

It's attached to L'extasia which is a great swingers club, which we've been to a few times. Heard a couple of mixed reports about the campsite area, but we'd certainly give it a go, if it wasn't so hard to leave Cap !! |

Regarding the FFN Membership I think it used to depend on how long you stayed.
We had to buy one for a full weeks stay on the campsite but not for just four nights.
Memory could have let me down again as it often does these days. Only the other day I asked the wife if there was any chance of a BJ. She replied "You've had it pal !!!" and I can't for the life of me remember it.
