Answering to myself, maybe someone will find it helpful.
Thanks to another lady on this forum and her priceless advice in messages, went to L'Eden club in Lille - it was great! Similar to VA (or to Kestrels, but without rude prison-like behaving staff), a bit smaller but has sauna and steam room (which is extra fun because steam room is huge and it's half-dark ), large jacuzzi, free lockers, inside smoking room, porn cinema room, many other play rooms, excellent clientele and very relaxing atmosphere, cost is very small and ratio single men vs couples and single ladies is constantly maintained (seen single men turned down at the door due to that there were enough already. It's managed by only one (!!!) lovely sexy mademoiaselle, very helpful and polite, bar prices are reasonable, pub next door, we had great fun, highly recommended.
Cons - nearly nobody speaks English, but you can either use google translate, either just point at what you want. Unfortunately they don't answer phone or emails.
Pros - you can have sex anywhere in the club, take drinks anywhere you want and 90% of rooms are lockable. Men don't make passes at women unless winked at Basically, woman chooses man she wants, smiles and winks or touches in Jacuzzi or in sauna and off you go  ))
No need for ID or membership, just 35 euro per couple for a day (singles 45 euro for men, a bit less for ladies, don't remember).
Dress code is lingerie or towel for ladies, towel for men. Towels are provided.
Open every day from 12:00-13:30 or so until 00:00 or 02:00 depending on the day, times are on theirs website, just Google L'Eden club Lille. Only Sunday it's from 13:30 until 20:30.
It's absolutely lovely, cosy, sexy, pretty and relaxing place, you won't be disappointed
