24 hours in Cap

Hi guys, we are heading to Cap tomorrow for a day/night.

We will arrive about 10am.

What are the must dos and the must dosn'ts

We like the sound of a foam party but can't work out if they're on every day ATM.

If not a foam party then maybe another "spicy" activity during the day?

Night time we will most likely head to a club. Any recommendations?

We are staying in Port Nature.

Anyone around that fancies having a chat then make yourselves known!
