We're looking at visiting Cap for the first time in September. There is a massive reduction in prices (chalets and mobile homes on the campsite) from the third to the fourth week of September. Obviously they're heading towards the end of the season by then, but will everything be closed? Is it still worth a visit? Any advice gratefully received

I booked for 2.5 weeks, leaving on the 9th. That last week was significantly cheapee so might be worth looking then if you can to get a good balance of price/busy-ness. I'm staying in an appartment though not camp site. |

I used to regularly go for five different weeks in the season. Nightclubs were of no imterst to me . I had plenty of fun in the Sauna , at soirees organised in the apartment and one to one meets. The September visit was always one of my favourite weeks and if you are renting an apartment an added bonus is that they are cheaper to rent.
Unless it is crucial that you go to clubs packed to capacity September is a very good time to go . Standards of service are also better as places are less packed. In any event the Sauna is open throughout the year . |
