We are trying to secure a residence pitch to park a caravan at Rene Oltra for the 2023 season.
When we stayed on the campsite this summer (3 times) we filled out an application in the requests book and on another visit completed an updated application form.
We were told they would contact us in November or December but have heard nothing. We have emailed and tried to call but no response (presumably it will only be minimal staff working currently).
Does anyone have any contacts at the campsite or know the normal booking procedure for a season pitch?

I think you will have to wait until after the Christmas holidays. Reception should be open Weds 4th January. If Estellle is available try and speak to her - excellent English and she is always very helpful. Merry Christmas x |

With regards to the chalets on the campsite, we usually stay at Horus, but notice on their website they are showing alargee 6 person chalet but no actual photos of where on the site it is situated. Is anyone aware of these new ones? They are called Helios (6 persons)

Definitely new - certain they were not available last year. I am not sure where on the campsite they have positioned them. They used to have a map showing where the different chalets were, but I cannot see it now! Call reception and they will let you know. |

I had a good look on the website and could not find a campsite map anywhere - probably updating with the new Helios chalets! Good luck with the booking and have a fabulous holiday - nailed on in Cap!!! |
