Motorhome/Campervan Cap D’age info/help

We’re thinking of visiting Cap d’age in our motorhome this year. We’ve not been before. And we’re not naturists…

Can see the Rene Oltra campsite but was wondering what peoples experiences are on that site and any other sites within a reasonable walking distance to the nightlife, cafes, beaches, bars etc. I guess what’s the best site for swinger/lifestylers

Rene Oltra campsite is very good, we take our motorhome there every year.

BUT we have been told by some Welsh friends that Rene Oltra are going to be much more strict in enforcing nudity on their site this year. Previously it was less enforced. So if you would not like being naked while on the campsite it might not be for you.

I far as I know the only other campsite is a fair walk away along the beach. Not something you'd want to do late at night.

Near Bergerac

Oltra is the only reasonable choice if you want naturist and swinging lifestyles within walking distance.

Terre de Soleil is an option but it’s a 25 min drive from Cap.

Like others have said Rene Oltra is the only campsite close to the nightlife.

We weren't naturists when we first went there many many years ago. The first 10 minutes felt a bit odd but the site is just so relaxed that after that it just felt so natural.

Now we just love the freedom of not having to get dressed (until the evening that is when you can walk into town wearing your skimpiest of outfits, lingerie etc!)

Why not try it for a few nights and extend your stay if you like it?

Rough cost 36 Euros per night.

Just done a quick search.

Last 2 weeks in June was €448.20 if the dates go into July it starts increasing.

Just Google Rene Oltra campsite and click on bookings to do your own search

I went last September in my camper. The tolls are expensive around 100£ each way and whatever you do avoid Paris.

Try marsaillian plage, camp site there, straight into beach, turn right and 200yds you are there. You can go into cap at night.

If it is first time, may be a touch liberal to commit to a week or two.

Near Bergerac

The naturist beach is a bit more than 200 yards, but it's a long walk into the naturist village and I wouldn't fancy doing it at night after visiting the clubs and bars.
