Côte d'Azur & Great Yarmouth |
As I write this, we’re actually on our balcony in Le Rayol Canadel looking over at the Îles d'Or, but the nearest we’ve been to Levant itself is sailing too close to the military side and being chased off by Commandos… since then we’ve stuck to Port-Cros and Porquerolles!
Between Cavalaire and Le Lavandou is the small but well-known Le Layet beach (“naturiste et textile”), with one of the best fish restaurants in the area. But both are rammed in Summer, you have to book a lunch at Chez Jo weeks, if not months, in advance.
If you need any tips or recommendations for the area let us know, through the forum or pm |

Wow, so coincidental. Hubby and myself were only looking at this last week. "Apparently" swinging is frowned upon with the visitors and locals but yet there is a 2 swinging hotels on the island. One being Le Rocher du Secret which looks absolutely gorgeous but is rather pricey. We've started saving up for it for next year lol, as we've already got other hols booked for this year. Please let us know if and where you go.
