I would be very surprised.
His announcement tomorrow is more likely to reinforce the importance of getting everyone vaccinated to thwart the latest strain.
Travellers from the UK will be allowed as long as they have been fully vaccinated (or follow the same criteria as the EU vaccine passport).
But...we will find out tomorrow! |

There is still hope - just as long as you can prove you are double- jabbed, plus the pcr test and signed declaration.
