Following the court ruling they have voluntarily closed for one week to get themselves sorted out but as it stands the basic court ruling says that they are now only allowed to sell food and other "essential" items. Apparently Amazon are lodging an appeal.

"Wonder what they class as essential items and how open to I interpretation that is or can be"
I'm sure they have been efficient and listed them in the court ruling but does seem to be an odd part of the court decision when you consider what can be bought in all of the large supermarkets, garden centres and brico's. Maybe we'll have good news in the PM's speech this evening. |
