Removal of lists if non Fab names appear?

Can I ascertain the Fab Policy please relating to an event listing where the guest list names might be added of people not on Fab? I can't find anything in T&C's but I'm sure there will be an answer somewhere from the powers that be??

Also who is actually checking these lists to make sure each person mentioned is a Fab member, or are the Mods relying on someone reporting a list if it doesn't match?

Thanks in advance.

It would probably be wise not to as Admin won't know if you have permission or not

Club members event lists?

Since people don't have to be a member of fab to join a club referring to people who say +1 with their name I can't see why it would be an issue unless they aren't already club members in which they'd have to follow your membership rules.

For your fab free entry events I'd think it would apply to those on fab only?

I don't fully understand your original question though.

For any guest/event list it would be the club and event host to manage who gets added to a guest list not fab.

I'm pretty sure this would be arch some sort of privacy policy. If I wasnt a Fabber I would be pretty miffed to have my name on a list on here.

I don't understand. I've had messages off fab members to add their name but keep them anonymous on the guestlist. Or people not on fab message and ask to be added. The guest list on the forum makes it easier to keep track of numbers.

I don't get what your original post means x

I've seen people put friends of mine on the guest list to parties. When I've asked my friends they know nothing about it. I think it's a way to make a party sound more popular than it is

Joking aside I don’t really understand the op question either.

Is it like when it says ‘_oodnitegirl +1’ and the +1 isn’t a username. Or am I being dumb?

I think the OP means if people who are not on this site being added to the list, ie the event is advertised on one or more sites so those people on other sites are added to the list here, unless I am not reading the OP correctly?

We think Paul is referring to FFFF events or events where members have discounts.

Some users maybe come with non members for free fun

This is how I read it too. I know some of the guests at some events are from a fetish site.

Sorry, to clarify. Mr and Mrs bloggs who are not on fab wish to be added to an event guest list because they get a discount if on the list, so we add “blogs couple” on our guest list to reflect the fact that another couple are coming along. Is that ok, or does it break fab rules?

If you are putting them on a list on the forum then no that isn't allowed. On the clubs website obviously yes

PS you could put a number on if it is to let people know there are more people coming though

Up to you who you give discounts to. Fab doesnt determine who you allow in a club. Your choice who you invite through your doors.

As club owners your say is final so if you're happy to have Mr and Mrs blogs come discounted to the event who can argue with that.

Just have to remember in all fairness of it if another non fab couple want to attend they also get the chance to also. Can't allow one and not the other without reasonable explanation.

Which could be another vouching for one but no one to vouch for the other. But it should be fair in how people are added to a list or not added, rules you decide on for list additions making it transparent for all.

So what if people on a thread/list don't get a discount and the names are added purely to keep check of numbers? X

We add people to lists who aren't on fab all the time so we can keep abreast of numbers, not so they get a discount.

Also, due to the number of idiots and stalkers on here, so many people don't want adding under their Fab name and give us play names instead; they can see they have been added but weirdos can't hound them on their profile.

If Fab want to enforce the rule that only people who use their Fab names can be added, then there needs to be something in place to stop the weirdos bulk messaging, having a better reporting system in place that actually acts on serial pests and filter out the weirdos with several profiles.

It isn't very pleasant to call people weirdos and stalkers for sending mails and is against forum rules.

Putting a name from this site is fine

No one can send bulk mails

The reporting system is well thought out and works well.

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.

******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).

Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

Admin

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

--

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******

Not all rules are visible, but the data protection one is a huge one. Not everyone would want their name on other sites that are visible to non members even if it means a discount to enter a club.

It seems people from other sites have reported threads with their name on as they were not told this would happen
