How on earth is there an empty TITLE tag on the main page??

No the HTML TITLE attribute. Look at the title of the page in Chrome tab or whatever, it's just "https://www...." rather than "FabSwingers", right?

On the main forum page, the Title Field is set to "FabSwingers.com: Free Swinging Forums".

On most other pages it seems to be blank, so the URL is displayed.

Upload one to your profile, it should be rejected but Admin will still be able to see it
