How about using something like uservoice.com for site suggestions? Not sure if they allow adult sites, but if they don't you could add something similar.
The general idea is people can suggest improvements & everyone can vote on improvements they like. You get a certain amount of votes which you can spread around or add to one you really like.
Companies like Microsoft use this to drive development of new features in thru products |
