We think it would be a lot easier if rather than an inbox and send items, if there were threaded messages, so you could see what you sent and what the reply was, etc. |

Not really - site supporters can see the previous messages in a conversation yes, but threading groups all the messages together in your inbox as well, a bit like gmail does, or even this forums!
Rather than the latest message showing up solo at the top of the inbox, it would be better if it attached it'self to the bottom of the thread, and bumped the thread/convo to the top, much like things do in the forums.
I intensely dislike the lack of organisational features for messages on here. |

The messaging section does badly need a revamp, it's hard to see what is going on when you're talking to a handful of people, but the women and couples on the site get dozens or hundreds of messages a day, managing that must be horrible. |
