Can the site admins please clear up, once and for all the stance of this site on fisting pictures please?
Because I'm getting seriously exasperated with having photos rejected, or approved and then rejected 3 weeks later; then coming across profiles full of fisting pics that have been there for over a year.
What is the stance please? |

They're not allowed. If you see them on the site, hit REPORT they will be re-reviewed.

Then can I ask, if Fisting pictures are not allowed that it clearly states so in the Photo Rules.
Because you have a Tick Box option in the sexual preferences on this site to explicitly allow people to find other people into Fisting - but you will not allow pictures of it? So its OK to practice it and advertise for it but not show it in pictures?
If Fisting is so taboo / rude or outside the norms why do you allow people to advertise they are into the practice itself?

No. The picture rules are for all photos regardless of privacy settings.

We've been advised they are still likely to be considered obscene in UK so we'd rather not take the risk of ourselves or our users getting into trouble for uploading them. There are loads of places on the Internet they can be uploaded to if it's important to a user; this just isn't one of them.

A recent court case where a guy who uses the nickname "Sleazy Michael" brought the subject of fisting into the legal frame.
The CPS attempted to prosecute Michael for the sale and distribution of "obscene material". Some of that material contained Fisting. Apparently, an image, still or otherwise, of four fingers inserted into a bodily orifice is not considered obscene. However...an image showing FIVE fingers inserted is deemed as being able to deprave and corrupt...therefore classed as obscene.
The interesting thing about this case was that Sleazy Michael won by the unanimous decision of the jury, who after viewing the DVD's concerned and also being somewhat shocked at their content, they deemed it NOT obscene on the grounds that consenting adults should be free to do whatever they saw fit.
The police (MET) and the CPS were sent home with their tails between their legs.
A landmark case for the freedom of the people? Apparently not, the CPS, BBFC and all those who seek to stamp their moral authority upon us are still going ahead with other cases. This case received very little publicity despite the ruling also effectively stamping all over the governments far reaching "Extreme pornography" laws.
So....it is STILL not safe to publish fisting pics. Oh...and talking about the Extreme Pornography laws, any picture that could be deemed as depicting an act that could cause physical "harm" can be classed as Extreme Pornography"...so fisting could in effect break two laws, Obscene Publications act and Extreme pornography!!

With that in mind, the admin team can be forgiven for being "tight" on certain pics......sorry for the pun!  |

strange you should say that as we can go to our local private shop a buy legal dvd passed by the BBFC as R18 that have fisting as part of the subject content wouldn't that be classified as obscene
