Grey screens

Hi some cams I try to view are red on the veiwing screen but grey when I try to view them

Any help please

In chat? If they are red it means a lot of people are viewing that cam

It seems that when some users click on some cameras, it comes up grey with a message like "searching for cam". Other users can see the cam properly, and the user can see other cams properly. Do better quality cams use more bandwidth or does Fab Chat throttle all cams to the same bandwidth?
