Verified users with fake photos

I have now twice come across profiles were the user is site and meet verified but must have changed their photos for someone else's later. One I came across through a meet, the other via a verifiable direct private photo. I have reported as fake. Has anyone else noticed the same with other profiles?

A direct photo is not verified by the site, only pics uploaded to the profile.

Reporting is a good thing though as Admin can check the pics they do have on their profile
