Most likely explanation is the giver has left the site or blocked you.

You should be able to display the overall verification status and logo though.

E.g. 3 meets 2 women.

You've lost the green tick.

How long ago? If the last one was 2 months ago you'd lose them as you left and came back.

People who have verified me and left don't display but still count.
