A bug with some new caching code we pushed live this-morning meant that the profile you viewed, wasn't necessarily the profile you clicked on.
A bug was introduced in the code that stored/retrieved the profile. This only related to the public profile information and not, for example, private/friend-only photos or private messages.
This has been fixed. We're looking into improving how we test this sort of change, going forwards. We're extending all site supporter passes 4 hours so no one loses out.
