All Updates page bug?

I've noticed today that some notifications of profiles uploading pictures are being repeated a number of times on the All Updates page, sometimes three or four times. I've not seen this before, so wondered if this is a bug which has maybe been introduced alongside the video functionality.

Note to admin, looks like it's only happening when two or more pics are uploaded at once.
