I think I would allow it to be free for a month or two, a bit like a trial period. It would encourage new members, if they liked it they can pay, if not then bye bye. |

I like the fact that the site is free. I happily site support every month but not everyone can afford it or some might be married men or women who wouldn't want it showing up on their bills. Numbers would drop drastically if forced to pay.
If I was admin for a day I'd just ban anyone with a big enormous beard, male or female |

I wouldn't allow club hosts/owners to be admins/mods to reduce the amount of preferential bias.
I'd also have reports sent to senior mods for review (senior mod anonymous) so that decisions can be checked to make sure decisions are on the level and not tipped in favour of friends. |
